Warranty
We do our utmost to correctly assemble and ship your order. We recommend checking it for accuracy and completeness upon receipt. If your order is incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, please report this to Daga Casmietics Styling. You can do this within 8 days from the date of receiving the goods.
Please follow the return procedure below:
Log in and use the return form, or use it without logging in, but you must have your order number.
Email: info@dagacs.nl - during business hours, we strive to respond to your email within 24 hours.
- All purchased items being returned must be sent back in their original packaging.
- Products that have already been opened/used or are damaged will not be accepted for return and do not qualify for a full refund.
- Do not write on the packaging/products or attach stickers or tape to the original packaging/products.
- Package the items in an additional box to protect them from damage during transportation.
Note: Unreported, unpaid, cash-on-delivery, or damaged shipments will NOT be processed.
- The customer assumes the risk for the return shipment. Therefore, we always recommend retaining the proof of shipment.
- If the reason for the return is our mistake, we will, of course, refund your shipping costs.
- Upon receiving the return, the invoice will be credited within 7 days.
